This position reports to the Director, HR Shared Services and will work in the Elkhart, IN or Chicago, IL office.About the positionAs an HRIS Systems Analyst in the HR Shared Services team, you will be involved in the management, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and user accessibility. This role serves as a vital link between HR and UKG, optimizing HR modules to meet organizational needs. The role emphasis data management, compliance, troubleshooting user issues, identifying process improvement, configure new rules and policies, and continuous improvement.Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems with focus on data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify system enhancements and improve workflows.
  • Establish business rules for GL mapping in partnership with Finance.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement necessary corrections in collaboration with HR.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
  • Maintain system SOPs, workflows, requirements, and compliance measure documentation.
  • Conduct functional testing for new and updated features.
  • Manage ticket tracking system to log and categorize items for trending.What do we offer?

    • Opportunities to make an impactA suitable background would be a solid experience within HRIS administration and service - as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field
      • Experience: Solid background in HRIS administration and HR systems management. Must have experience with UKG platform, UKG Pro preferred.To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
        • Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis techniques for actionable insights.
        • Reporting & Audit: Strong ability to generate and interpret routine HR reports.
        • Data Management: Experience in data entry, imports, maintenance, and ensuring data quality.
        • Workflow Optimization: Experience streamlining HR operations through effective system use.
        • Project Management: Have successfully led small projects related to HRIS upgrades and implementations.
        • Compliance & Regulations: Knowledge of HR compliance standards and practices.
        • Business Process Management: Understanding of business processes related to HR and Finance functions.
        • Data Governance: Experience with proper data governance practices are implemented and maintained.
