yourself.Average Compensation Range: $100,000K-$140,000KAnnual

- Work across multiple industries, business areas, and business
applications.
- Climb steep learning curves to become expert in clients'
businesses and technologies.
- Apply industry, business and technical knowledge to achieve
project expectations and project team objectives.
- Work within IT organizations with exposure to the full system
implementation lifecycle.
- Understand and deliver on a variety of project management or
system development methodologies.
- Create high caliber deliverables with minimal oversight based
on a set of objectives.
- Lead team members and scope across program workstreams or
smaller projects.
- Lead requirements identification and prioritization efforts for
large scale business or technology programs or projects.
- Participate in system design and functional specification
development.
- Develop polished written communications that tell a cohesive
story of findings, key messages, and future vision.
- Propose creative ideas/solutions for how to meet and exceed
objectives with Kenway clients.
- Create and present professional, engaging deliverables in a
client setting.
- Develop a proficiency in one or more Kenway service.
- Identify how tasks and dependencies will impact project
drivers, such as timeline, budget, and scope.
- Build and maintain professional and personal relationships
while proactively growing your network.
- Support business development activities at both existing and
prospective clients of Kenway inclusive of the development and
delivery of proposals and statements of work.
- Contribute to and lead passion projects that drive the overall
growth and development of Kenway as a company.Qualifications,
Skills and CredentialsBasic Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree with technical focus but other
degrees will be considered with applicable experience.
- 2 to 6 years experience in client-facing/consultative
roles.
- 2 to 6 years experience in one of Kenway's core capabilities
areas: Technology Solution Delivery, Enterprise Program Leadership,
Information Insight.Preferred Skills and Credentials
- Experience with Project Management or system development
methodologies (Agile, SDLC, etc.).
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or
technical initiatives.
- Relevant financial services, healthcare, distribution, or
telecommunications industry experience.Experience is not needed
across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and
