We are looking for a talented technician to skillfully run wire, furnish and install technology devices, and help manage the day-to-day onsite scope of work to help successfully drive projects to completion.We provide training and will consider a candidate with no experience, but loads of interest in our industry and the opportunity to learn in this field!Candidates should have a strong interest in the Smart Home Programming and/or security industry. Knowledge of IT fundamentals such as TCP/IP, RAID, software installation, computer hardware maintenance/troubleshooting, internet, network systems, etc. is strongly preferred.Certification or a degree in an electronics program is strongly preferred.Experience in the AV or security field is a plus as well.--A large percentage of the job sites are in the NORTHERN and NORTHWEST SUBURBS OF CHICAGO.-- Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license. --This position entails working in homes as they are being built.-- Must be able to kneel, reach above head and lift up to 50 pounds.-- We do extensive criminal background checks and drug testing. Must be drug free for at least 90 days. Experience working at a construction site is a plus.
