Crazy about Cats? We are looking for like-minded individuals to help feed more dogs and cats JustFoodForDogs. Our most successful Lead Nutrition Sales Consultants are pet owners themselves who care deeply about what they feed their furry family members. They are skilled at providing effective nutrition consults to pet parents and encouraging a team of Consultants to do the same. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with customers and their dogs in-store and make personalized recommendations for meals, treats, supplements and other JFFD products. Learn and apply pet nutrition knowledge and JFFD product knowledge to influence pet parents to feed JFFD Establish and maintain Customer Relationships; provide quality follow-up and ongoing support for customers Lead by example, train and coach the Consultant team to execute all of the above to expected standards. Lead merchandising, housekeeping, stock management and point of sale duties at the front end Ensure all JFFD policies and procedures, including those for safety, security, POS, etc. are followed Communicate insights/ideas to manager to help the store achieve its targets Competencies and Qualifications Passionate and motivated to make a difference in the health and lives of dogs and cats Retail or consultative sales experience; pet supply category experience a plus Leadership, training and coaching experience Drive to meet and exceed targets/goals Tenets of the Pack (Company Values) Live Our Mission – We believe this is more than a job.
