In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and contributing to the success of our manufacturing industry efforts. Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless interactions. • Support inbound and outbound sales processes by managing inquiries and providing necessary information. • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation. • Monitor and update customer databases to maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies. • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials. • Provide excellent customer service to address client needs and resolve issues. • Contribute to achieving sales targets by consistently following up with leads. • Analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers.• Previous experience in inside or direct sales roles. • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
