Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Lead and mentor the U.S. accounting team, providing oversight and direct management. Oversee the budgeting and financial planning process, delivering key performance metrics to evaluate results against plan (monthly, annual, management presentations, and group audits). Prepare and submit all required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with the corporate reporting calendar. Review, update, and maintain transfer pricing in alignment with corporate guidelines. Ensure strong oversight and internal controls over the U.S. payroll process. Develop and maintain effective cash flow and working capital management practices to support daily operational needs. Maintain full responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, tax compliance, budgeting, and general accounting. Direct all financial functions of the U.S. business, ensuring appropriate systems, processes, and controls (ERP, inventory management, compliance) are in place to monitor and forecast performance. Identify and lead strategic financial initiatives—such as customer and product line profitability analysis—to drive improved performance and business growth. Evaluate and challenge business plans and underlying assumptions to ensure achievement of overall performance objectives. Prepare and file all required federal, state, third-party, and other financial reports to maintain compliance with regulatory and tax authorities. Establish and oversee financial and operational controls and performance metrics across the organization.
